Generative AI Data Scientist – Milan, Cloud ML Ops

Prada Group in Milan seeks a Data Science Specialist to join the Data & Analytics Team within IT, focusing on designing, developing and industrializing AI and Generative AI solutions across content production, supply chain and customer experience. You will manage data science projects end-to-end and coordinate external teams.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in a quantitative field, 3+ years in data science, strong Python and PySpark, SQL, cloud experience with Azure, and fluency in

Design, develop and deploy AI and Generative AI solutions across core business areas. Manage data science projects end-to-end from requirements to production. Coordinate external development teams, ensuring timelines and quality. Plan activities, report risks and results to IT and business stakeholders. Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Visualization teams on pipelines. Master's degree in a quantitative field and 3+ years of hands-on data science experience with AI across domains. Production-ready ML models and experience with Generative AI (LLMs, RAG). Fluent Italian and English, strong communication between tech and business.
