German Payroll Expert (DRWN)

Client Location – Germany

Project focus

Supporting a payroll transformation programme for the client’s German workforce, covering the move onto new payroll systems. The work centres on data migration, testing and parallel runs, making sure the new solution is accurate and meets German statutory and compliance requirements before go-live.

Key skills and Experience required

• Hands-on experience delivering German payroll projects
• Fluent German and strong English, written and spoken
• Background in payroll implementation, migration or testing
• Experience running parallel payrolls and reconciling results
• Solid knowledge of German statutory payroll outputs and compliance
• Advantageous: ADP GlobalView, DATEV, Sage or Peras
• Advantageous: ELSTER / B2A reporting
• Advantageous: SuccessFactors integration with payroll
• Advantageous: manufacturing payroll and time and attendance
