Your Role
As a Banking Customer Service Consultant, you will:
• Provide professional inbound customer support in German.
• Assist clients with questions related to retail banking products and services.
• Support clients in accessing telephone banking and identification procedures.
• Provide guidance on bank PINs and setting up digital banking applications.
• Assist customers in navigating online and mobile banking platforms.
• Explain banking procedures clearly and professionally.
• Present appropriate banking products and services when relevant to customer needs.
• Support customer communication related to marketing campaigns.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality standards.
• Follow established banking procedures and maintain confidentiality when handling customer information.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate possesses:
• German at C2 level, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• English at B2 level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using computers, mobile applications, and digital tools.
• Ability to explain banking procedures clearly and patiently.
• A responsible approach to confidential financial information.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Previous experience in customer service, banking or financial services is an advantage.
Working Hours
• Monday to Sunday – Rotating shifts
• Full-time position.
• Rotating shifts between 06:00 and 21:00.
• Two rotating days off per week.
• May include weekend shifts.
• The exact shift schedule will be confirmed during the recruitment process.
Salary and Benefits
Monthly Financial Package: €1,451.19
The package includes:
• Base salary: €1,100 gross/month
• Holiday allowance: €91.67 gross/month (monthly equivalent)
• Christmas bonus: €91.66 gross/month (monthly equivalent)
• Meal allowance: €167.86/month, based on 22 eligible working days
Potential Total Financial Package: Up to €1,651.19 per Month
• An additional performance bonus of up to €200 gross/month may be available, depending on individual performance and applicable criteria.
Important: The performance bonus is variable and not guaranteed.
Additional Benefits
• Base salary paid in 14 annual payments.
• Meal allowance of €7.63 per eligible working day.
• Initial 6-month employment contract.
• Hybrid work arrangement, combining office presence and remote work days.
