German speaking Customer support assistant

We are now looking for Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Holstebro. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, and other inquiries ensuring a professional, efficient, and solution-oriented customer experience.
In close collaboration with our dedicated customer support team, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers primarily in the German speaking countries.
You will also be working closely with colleagues across departments such as Sales team, warehouse and logistics departments.
Beyond the day-to-day customer service, you will also have a supportive function to the team coordinators and other relevant tasks.
You will also have possibility to contributing to optimization and digitalization of processes, why flair for identifying improvements, simplifying workflows, and leveraging digital solutions will be a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the daily handling and coordination of orders etc. from our B2B customers primarily in German speaking regions.
You will:
Manage and process customer orders and inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely resolution of inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, products etc.
Verify product availability
Provide professional and efficient customer service via email, customer portals and phone.
Maintaining and updating customer data, product information, and price lists
Working Structured in our ERP system and other relevant programs
Be a central and supportive colleague to our team coordinators
Success in the Role

Experience with customer service from a similar role is an advantage, but not a requirement
Good German language skills.
