Salary & Benefits
Competitive salary packages are available depending on the position, experience, and project.
Examples of current opportunities for German speakers in Porto include:
Banking Customer Service Consultant
Monthly financial package: approximately €1,451.19, expressed as equivalent to 12 months and including:
• Gross base salary.
• Monthly equivalent of holiday and Christmas bonuses.
• Meal allowance based on 22 eligible working days.
Potential package: up to €1,651.19/month, including a variable performance bonus of up to €200, subject to applicable criteria.
Senior Order-to-Cash Specialist
• Base salary: €2,000 gross/month, paid in 14 annual salary payments.
• Meal allowance of €7.63 per eligible working day.
• Additional employment benefits depending on the position.
Other positions may offer different salary and benefit packages.
Financial packages are specific to each role. Amounts combining gross salary and meal allowances are not net amounts. Performance bonuses are variable and not guaranteed. Full compensation details will be provided for each suitable opportunity.

Porto, Portugal.
Available positions include hybrid and in-office work arrangements, depending on the project.
