We are dedicated to helping people print and preserve their favorite memories, and we’re looking for Sales Agents with native German and fluent English language skills to help us provide an outstanding experience to our growing customer base. What We’re Looking For: - native German speaker - fluency in English valued (advanced spoken and written) - Experience in customer care and phone support. - Experience in sales account management would be highly valued. - Bonus points if you have experience with SaaS sales or CRM/ticket systems. - A methodical and organized work ethic to manage customer queries efficiently.
