Cross Border Talents is looking for a customer service professional to contribute to a Social Media LLM project.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Native-level German and excellent written communication skills
- B2 English proficiency at minimum
- Previous experience in AI data annotation
- Experience using AI annotation and evaluation platforms
- A practical mindset, strong attention to detail, and confidence with digital tools
The role at a glance:
- Location: Lisbon, Portugal
- Work arrangement: On-site
- Schedule: Rotational shifts across a 24/7 operation, Monday to Sunday
- Days off: Two rotating days off
- Selection process: Includes an additional SHL assessment
Candidates should have no holidays or vacations planned for the next six months. Relocation support is not available.
