Glasswash Technician
The Glass Wash Technician is responsible for cleaning, washing, and maintaining glass surfaces to ensure a spotless, streak-free appearance. This role supports facility cleanliness and presentation standards by safely operating cleaning equipment, handling cleaning solutions, inspecting glass for quality, and following all company safety procedures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $25 - 27 hourly rate | weekly pay

- Manage and maintain Dishwasher and Autoclave supplies.
- Report mechanical, electrical, or plumbing issues to Site Engineer as they pertain to Glass Wash
- Maintain safety and operational training standards.
Shipping and Receiving Duties:
- Manage gate and door access for shipping intake.
- Notify tenants of special delivery items (hazardous, perishable or time sensitive)
- Delivery of items to suite door or handover to tenant
- Logging and notification of items received in damaged condition.
Additional duties:
- Assist Site Engineer with PM's, rounds, and Work Orders as needed and available.
- Cross train with engineering team on Preventative Maintenance operations
Required:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred:
• One 2 year of similar work experience
