Global AEM CMS Designer for Editorial Experience

A digital solutions provider based in Milan is seeking a skilled CMS Designer to enhance the editorial experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The role requires familiarity with content management systems and a collaborative attitude. The ideal candidate will work on strategic digital projects, liaising with UX/UI designers and ensuring a consistent user experience across platforms. Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach are essential. Participate in strategic digital projects using waterfall and agile methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI and Marketing. Design and optimize AEM components, templates, and modules. Define CMS User Requirements translating UX/UI design solutions. Govern CMS usage guidelines including editorial rules and standards. Strong familiarity with Content Management Systems, especially Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Solid knowledge of AEM core concepts, including AEM Core Components and Content Fragment Models. Understanding of content management best practices and AEM architecture.
