Meet the Team

At Fever, our Business Development team sits at the heart of the marketplace. They are responsible for sourcing, growing, and managing the experiences that power our platform across the globe.

As our BD organization continues to scale, Sales Enablement plays a critical role in ensuring every new hire, manager, and sales leader has the knowledge, tools, processes, and coaching required to succeed.

You will report directly to the global SVP of Business Development leadership and work closely with RevOps, Product, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development to define how world-class sales performance is built and scaled across Fever.

What You'll Do

Onboarding & Speed-to-Productivity

  • Design and lead Fever's global onboarding program for all Business Development new hires.
  • Transform sales methodologies and best practices into structured, scalable training programs.
  • Build certification frameworks covering product knowledge, messaging, discovery, negotiation, objection handling, and sales process.
  • Continuously improve onboarding effectiveness through performance tracking and feedback loops.

Coaching & Sales Execution

  • Work directly with Business Development teams through call reviews, deal reviews, role plays, and 1:1 coaching.
  • Partner with managers to identify performance gaps and deploy targeted training initiatives.
  • Establish coaching frameworks and best practices across all regions.
  • Act as the primary feedback loop between the field and RevOps regarding process and tool adoption.

Playbooks & Commercial Content

  • Own and continuously evolve Fever's global Business Development Playbook.
  • Standardize sales language, messaging, and qualification frameworks across markets.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to develop and maintain commercial content and sales assets.
  • Ensure best practices are documented, accessible, and consistently adopted globally.

Methodology & Change Management

  • Lead the implementation and adoption of sales methodologies across the organization.
  • Drive successful rollout of new tools, technologies, and sales processes.
  • Partner with RevOps to improve sales productivity through operational excellence.
  • Measure adoption and effectiveness of enablement initiatives through clear performance metrics.

Culture & Performance

  • Design initiatives that reinforce a high-performance sales culture, including competitions, blitz days, certifications, and recognition programs.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Business Development leadership to define the profile of top-performing sales talent.
  • Build career development frameworks for Business Development professionals and managers.
  • Help establish Fever's sales organization as a benchmark for excellence and continuous learning.

Who You Are

  • At least 4+ years of top-tier consulting, strategy, or equivalent experience, ideally complemented by 4+ years in sales enablement, sales leadership, commercial excellence, or revenue operations.
  • Passionate about sales, coaching, training, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Experience building scalable enablement programs in fast-growing organizations.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and commercial execution.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated data-driven approach to decision-making, prioritization, and performance management.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders across functions.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, written and verbal.
  • French and/or German are a strong plus.
  • Comfortable working with AI tools, Salesforce, Tableau, and modern sales technology stacks.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to drive change across global teams.
