Global Payroll Systems Operations Analyst
About the Position:
The Strategic Sourcing & Commercial (SSC) team supports Global Payroll by administering standardized commercial processes, supporting operational governance, financial validation, reporting, and continuous process improvement through cross-functional collaboration.
Reporting to the Strategic Sourcing and Commercial Manager, the Operations Analyst supports commercial administration activities, coordinates key business driver workflows, maintains operational records, contributes to reporting and billing validation, and partners with various internal stakeholders to support compliant, efficient commercial operations.

Responsibilities:
Support standardized commercial processes through established governance and approval of workflows.
Execute the Commercial processes with our Partners including tracking, communications, and liaising with our Finance team.
Support invoice validation, financial reconciliation, and operational reporting activities.
Maintain operational records across approved enterprise systems.
Prepare dashboards, metrics, and management reporting.
Monitor workflow compliance and escalate exceptions appropriately.
Identify opportunities for process standardization and continuous improvement.
Support audit readiness through accurate documentation and record management
Understand and be able to articulate revenue and expense implications of the Global Payroll operational processes.
Deliver work that is of high quality, accuracy and relevant - this includes financial models, management-ready presentations, and other relevant outputs as required.
Work closely with other teams such as Customer Success, Global Managed Services, and Global Payroll Operations to understand and execute various initiatives.
Other ad hoc projects as required.

Ability to work independently and seek guidance and/or support with managing multiple cases at a fast pace amidst meeting processing deadlines, in real-time.
Strong Customer Success-focused business and financial acumen.
Experience using Microsoft Office suite of applications, particularly intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Smartsheet, SharePoint, DocuSign, Power BI, NetSuite or similar systems is preferred
Demonstrated understanding of performance measurements, metrics, business, and financial analysis.
Experience in contributing to AI-enabled productivity tools is considered an advantage.
Experience using AI-enabled productivity or workflow assistance tools to support research, documentation, information organization, analysis, or routine task management is considered an advantage.
A Bachelor’s degree and/or strong academic record in business is preferred.”
3+ years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced enterprise-level company with demonstrated examples of contributions to improve existing processes and/or workflow(s).
3+ years in a reporting or similar role working with financial modeling, primarily in Excel is an asset.Ability to work remotely on US East Coast time zone
