Global SAP Project Manager
Salary: $10,000 – $13,000 per month
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Global SAP Project Manager / Programme Manager to lead complex, large-scale SAP implementation programmes across multiple business functions and geographies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the global SAP programme centrally from Singapore, coordinating multiple SAP workstreams, business stakeholders, implementation partners and consulting teams.
Key responsibilities
Lead and manage complex global SAP implementation and transformation programmes from initiation through go-live and stabilization.
Manage the global project centrally from Singapore, ensuring alignment across countries, business units and functional workstreams.
Coordinate SAP implementation activities across Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, SAC, Group Reporting, EWM, PM and QM.
Establish and manage overall programme plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and deliverables.
Coordinate global SAP functional, technical, business and integration teams.
Manage external SAP system integrators, consulting partners and vendors.
Drive project governance, steering committee meetings, status reporting and executive stakeholder communications.
Proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, scope, timelines and budgets.
Ensure effective coordination between business stakeholders and SAP consulting/implementation teams.
Drive successful delivery of SAP solutions in accordance with agreed quality, timeline and business objectives.
About you
20+ years of overall project/programme management experience, with significant experience in SAP environments.
Strong background in SAP consulting, with career progression from SAP functional/technical consulting into project/programme management.
Proven experience managing complex, large-scale and global SAP implementations.
Strong exposure to multiple SAP functional areas, preferably including: SAP Logistics, SAP Manufacturing / PP, SAP Finance / FI, SAP SAC, SAP Group Reporting, SAP EWM, SAP PM, SAP QM.
Proven experience working with global / multi-country SAP programmes and geographically distributed teams.
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior business and technology leadership.
Experience managing SAP implementation partners / system integrators and external consulting teams.
Strong programme governance, risk management, dependency management and delivery management capabilities.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
