Go/PHP Backend Developer

We are looking for an experienced backend developer to join our infrastructure team of a high-load (200k RPS) project with a modern and evolving technology stack.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work on infrastructure tasks.
  • Profiling and optimizing solutions.
  • Unit and API code coverage with tests.
  • Search for scaling solutions.

The opportunity to apply knowledge to diverse tasks for a high-load product. Several examples of current project evolution tasks include:

  • Separation of complex parts of the project into microservices in Go.
  • Implementation of Event sourcing (Kafka).
  • Universal implementation of ML/CV.

Job requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in PHP and Go development (the current version of PHP in the project is 8.2).
  • Go, PHP, MySQL - fluent.
  • REST API - design and implementation.
  • Unit and functional tests - understanding why they are needed, the ability and desire to write them.
  • Debugging, profiling, optimization of PHP/Go code - practical experience.
  • Sharding, replication - understanding the principles, pros, and cons.
  • Data structures - to be able to choose the right one for solving a specific task.

Qualifications that can be a plus:

  • Experience with microservices, Elasticsearch, Redis.
