Responsibilities The Opportunity in Mexico City! Join PepsiCo’s Go-to-Market team and help transform the way our field teams plan and execute their daily operations. As a Go-to-Market Planning Analyst, you will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of scheduling solutions for our delivery, selling, and merchandising teams. You will work at the intersection of data, technology, and business operations, partnering with field teams and cross-functional stakeholders to turn business needs into practical, scalable solutions. This role is ideal for an analytical professional who enjoys solving operational challenges, working with technology, and collaborating with different teams to improve execution. Your Impact In this role, you will: Analyze business and operational requirements to support effective scheduling and Go-to-Market solutions. Build, maintain, and manage schedules using OT1 and ensure accurate information is uploaded into Salesforce. Partner with local business teams, headquarters transformation teams, and the Go-to-Market Routing Center of Excellence to coordinate implementation activities. Support the design and documentation of processes related to scheduling, route execution, and last-mile operations. Work with Bringoz and other technology solutions to translate business requirements into executable processes. Analyze operational data and identify opportunities to improve productivity, service levels, and execution. Facilitate working sessions with business partners to understand challenges, evaluate alternatives, and recommend solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Go-to-Market initiatives are implemented according to established guidelines and business objectives. Support solutions that improve key Go-to-Market priorities, including delivery optimization, drop size, e-commerce, segmented delivery, and merchandising execution. Monitor implementation progress, identify gaps, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution. Prepare analytical reviews, presentations, and performance updates for business stakeholders. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve data quality, and maximize the use of available technology. Serve as a key analytical partner for the assigned region, providing insights and support to local teams. Qualifications What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field. 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in analytics, operations, supply chain, Go-to-Market, sales operations, or project implementation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. Experience working with operational data, process improvement, or technology-enabled business solutions. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong knowledge of PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools. Experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry, direct store delivery, field operations, or route-to-market environments is a strong plus. Previous experience supporting projects or process implementations is preferred. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across different functions and levels of the organization. Strong organization, follow-up, and prioritization skills. Comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines with limited supervision. Curious, proactive, and motivated to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
