Summary

Role & responsibilities
- Develop backend modules using Go (Golang) and REST/JSON APIs.
- Build responsive frontend interfaces using React, Next.js and TypeScript.
- Design and manage PostgreSQL databases, transactions and financial workflows.
- Integrate third-party APIs for KYC, payments, banking and lending systems.
- Implement secure authentication, role-based access, testing and debugging.
- Use AI coding tools to improve development, testing and documentation.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong hands-on experience in Golang, React.js, Next.js, TypeScript and PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, database transactions and Git.
- Experience with unit/integration testing and secure coding practices.
- Proficiency in AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code or Codex.
- Understanding of fintech, lending, loan management or financial integrations is preferred.
Good to Have: NBFC/MFI, LOS/LMS, CEL, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS and payment gateway integrations.
