• Generate GL leads via walk‑ins, references and local connectors
• Coordinate appraisal/valuation and complete documentation accurately
• Ensure custody, storage and insurance protocols are followed
• Follow up on overdues and interest servicing; drive cross‑sell of liabilities/TPP.
