【工程部】工程部副理 Assistant Manager of Engineering

1. 配合飯店相關工程支援工作，並協助所有工程驗收。
2. 維護飯店機電設備、強弱電及給排水系統、空調冷凍設備、以及消防系統等各項設施之日常操作。
3. 確保各項工程系統及設備符合政府規例及安全標準。
4. 執行各項工程設施之操作、檢修維護及相關設備的定期保養工作。
5. 維持各項系統及設備的能源效率，達到節省能源目標。
6. 設備測試與教育訓練
7. 協助主管準備相關工程報告。
8. 處理所有其他相關職務或臨時安排的項目。

Operations & Maintenance
Provide engineering support related to hotel operations and assist with all project inspections and acceptance procedures.
Perform routine operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hotel's MEP systems, including electrical (high and low voltage), plumbing, HVAC systems, and fire protection systems.
Ensure all engineering systems and equipment comply with government regulations and safety standards.
Monitor and maintain the energy efficiency of systems and equipment to achieve energy-saving goals.

Training & Documentation
Conduct equipment testing and participate in technical training sessions.
Assist supervisors in preparing technical and maintenance-related reports.

Accountability
This position reports to the Chief Engineer. Responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of hotel engineering systems, ensuring smooth and safe facility operations at all times.
