[Good environment] Aviation Ops Executive (Airport/up $3k, 1yr!*)
Summary
Coordinate airport ground operations, manage staffing levels, and ensure baggage handling areas are clean and compliant during rotating 12-hour shifts.
- Coordinate with the Baggage Coordinator (BC) and Engineering Baggage Control
- Room Supervisors for any areas to focus on during start of shift at the BHA.
- Ensure daily manning levels of the GHA for arrival, departure, and transfer handling are sufficient. Prepare and send various reports/SitReps to the Baggage Coordinator to collate and report.
- Ensure the BHA is always kept clean and tidy by working with FM External and other stakeholders.
- Report to FMC for any issues with the facilities and cleaning.
- Facilitate Joint Inspections with stakeholders together with Airside Support Officers or higher.
- Close coordination with all stakeholders

- Duration: 1 Year
- Working Hours: Rotating 12-hour Shift Schedule
- Day Shift: 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM
- Night Shift: 8:30 PM – 8:30 AM
- Off Days: 2 Rest Days after completing both shifts
- Shift Pattern: Day Shift → Night Shift → 2 Rest Days → Cycle Repeats
