We're looking for Cooks to join our Lincoln SouthPointe kitchen team. You'll help prepare fresh breakfast and lunch dishes, maintain food quality, and keep the kitchen running smoothly during service.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menu items according to Good Evans recipes and standards.

• Set up and maintain your station for efficient service.

• Prep ingredients, portion food, and maintain proper food storage.

• Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards.

• Work with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver accurate, timely orders.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and temperature-control procedures.

• Help teammates during busy periods and contribute to a positive kitchen environment.

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant cooking or kitchen experience preferred.

• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety.

• Ability to follow recipes, directions, and food safety procedures.

• Dependability, teamwork, and clear communication.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining quality.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties of the position.

• Availability for daytime shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
