Coordinates governmental and public affairs for the bank day to day: finalizing documents with government entities, issuing employee business-trip visas, expat entry/residency permits, and armed licenses for CIB security guards, while filing records and complying with CBE, banking, and AML regulations.

Job Purpose\:
To assist with all the related governmental affairs matters across the bank to ensure smooth workflow of operations in addition to issuing all the relevant visas for employees and finalize all documents related to permits for the expats to mitigate any potential risk.
Job Description\:
Governmental Affairs
1.Finalize all the required documents with all governmental representatives, local community, governance entities and all relevant parties to ensure smooth workflow of operations.
2.Receive and file documents & contracts related to the governmental authorities to mitigate any potential risk.
3.Issue the armed licences related to CIB security guards to ensure proper safety is in place.
Public Affairs
4.Finalize all logistics related to the expats & their family’s such as entry permits, visas, and permanent stay permits.
5.Issue visas for employees to support them with their business trips.
6.Authenticate with the external ministry of foreign affairs the needed documents for the corporate customers as required by the Credit Information department for the internal Banks use.
7.Prepare all documents related to the entry permits, visas and all relevant documents are accurate to mitigate any potential risk.

8.Follow all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner,
Day-to-day operations
9.Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the department to ensure continuity of work,
Compliance
10.Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks.
