- Salary: $3,600 per month
Job Responsibilities
Provide application support, maintenance and enhancements for enterprise systems developed using Java and/or .NET / C#.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues, production incidents and system errors.
Support Change Requests (CRs), application enhancements and bug fixes.
Participate in software testing, system integration, deployment and post-implementation support.
Work with technical teams to investigate system issues and ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist in new application development and implementation projects when required.
Maintain technical documentation and follow established development and support procedures.
Gain hands-on exposure to enterprise application systems through structured training and mentorship.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
Basic knowledge of Java and/or .NET / C# programming.
Familiarity with Git, SDLC, Agile methodologies and software testing.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
