Position Overview
Reporting to the Executive Director of Graduate and CSU Online Enrollment and the Assistant Director of Graduate and CSU Online Enrollment, the Graduate Recruitment Associate will work with students to assist them through the recruitment process for the College of Business and College of Adult and Professional Studies degree programs.
Key Responsibilities
Establish professional business networks to result in mutually beneficial partnerships with the Graduate School, the university, and the community. Contact potential students via email and phone and text to discuss graduate school offerings. Work alongside the Director for the recruiting, acceptance, and retention of students. Communicate with team members in order to build substantially growing graduate degree programs. This position requires evening and weekend work conducting business expos, fairs, and community events. Professional dress required. Candidates must possess a reliable personal vehicle.
Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
