About the role
We are seeking a Graduate IT Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis at our office in West Perth, WA 6005. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to launch their career in business analysis within the industry. In this role, you will work alongside an experienced team and stakeholders to understand business requirements, analyse systems, and contribute to the delivery of technology solutions that drive business value. You will play a key part in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation, whilst developing your professional expertise in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
Strong SQL skills (writing queries, analysing data)
Solid Excel skills (data handling, formulas, analysis)
IT business analysis skills (understanding requirements and translating them into practical solutions)
Strong English communication (clear writing and comprehension)
A strong learning mindset and ability to pick up new concepts quickly
Ability to explain insights and document work clearly
What we're looking for
Computer Science or similar technical background
Experience with Python or other tools
Exposure to real-world data or system-related projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically and systematically
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build effective working relationships
