Salary: Flexibility, development opportunities + more

Our Story

We're a Christchurch-based digital product company operating at the intersection of design, software development, and business consulting. Technology is what we do, but people are at the centre of every solution we create.

Our team partners with organisations to understand their challenges, uncover opportunities, and build software that delivers meaningful outcomes. We value curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement, creating an environment where great ideas are encouraged and actioned.

If you enjoy solving complex problems, learning new technologies, and working alongside talented people, we'd love to hear from you.

Our Role

We're looking for a Graduate Software Developer to join our team, to learn and help create high-quality digital products that deliver exceptional user experiences.

You'll work across both front-end and back-end development, contributing to a range of projects from initial concept through to delivery and ongoing enhancements - an opportunity to be involved in the complete product journey.

No two projects are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and life-long learning.

What you'll do:
  • Design, develop, and maintain modern mobile or web applications and software solutions
  • Build responsive front-end interfaces and robust back-end services
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and shape solutions
  • Contribute to architecture, technical design, and implementation decisions
  • Develop and maintain APIs, integrations, and cloud-based services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the application stack
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and ongoing support activities
  • Ensure software meets high standards for quality, performance, security, and usability
We're interested in developers who enjoy building great software and continually improving their craft. Ideally, you'll bring:
  • A qualification or degree and a genuine interest in mobile or web software development
  • Experience and understanding of modern frameworks and technologies
  • A solid understanding of software engineering principles and coding standards
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • A user-centric approach to development
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a genuine desire to keep learning
What you'll get:
  • A creative and supportive team environment invested in your development
  • Exposure to a wide variety of projects, industries, and technologies
  • Opportunities to work with respected regional and international brands
  • Ongoing coaching and mentoring
  • A culture built on trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • The chance to contribute throughout the entire product development lifecycle
Why Join Us?

This is more than a typical development role. You'll work closely with experts across design, strategy, and technology, gaining exposure to the full process of creating successful digital products.
