Graphic Designer (Publication Layout)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle layout, formatting and typesetting of annual reports, sustainability reports, corporate publications and other marketing materials.
• Create and adapt publication layouts based on approved design concepts and corporate guidelines.
• Perform financial typesetting, including tables, charts, financial statements and other complex content.
• Ensure consistency in typography, formatting, spacing, alignment and overall presentation.
• Incorporate clients' amendments and carry out accurate revisions during multiple rounds of proofreading.
• Prepare final artwork and print-ready PDF files according to production and pre-press requirements.
• Check artwork for accuracy, including fonts, images, colours, resolution, bleed and other technical specifications.
• Liaise with internal project teams to ensure timely completion of assignments.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media or a related discipline.
• Preferably 1–3 years of relevant experience in publication layout, typesetting or graphic design.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign is essential.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat.
• Strong understanding of typography, page layout, grids and print production requirements.
• Experience in financial typesetting, annual reports or corporate publications will be an added advantage.
• Good attention to detail, particularly when handling lengthy documents, financial tables and numerical information.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.
• Responsible, organised, adaptable and a good team player.
• Fresh graduates with strong Adobe InDesign skills and a good portfolio are welcome to apply.
