Requirements:
√ 2-4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer or Visual Designer, with a portfolio that shows range and speed across social, digital, print and presentation design.
√ Fast, hands-on skills in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to turn ideas into polished visuals quickly.
√ Experience designing for LinkedIn and other social platforms, with a sense of what performs.
√ Comfortable using generative AI design tools (e.g. Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) to speed up ideation and asset creation.
√ Motion graphics or basic video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro or Canva video) are a plus.
√ A keen eye for detail, colour theory, composition and typography that makes your work stand out.
