As a Group, Conference and Events (GCE) Sales Executive, you’re not just driving revenue by securing GCE bookings – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Sales & Lead Management

  • Manage enquiries for groups, meetings, conferences and events.
  • Qualify opportunities and identify client needs and event requirements.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations in English and Polish.
  • Negotiate rates, terms and contracts to secure business and maximize revenue.
  • Follow up effectively to drive conversions and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell accommodation, meeting space and additional services.
  • Conduct hotel site inspections and client show rounds.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within hotel systems.

Event Planning & Coordination

  • Manage confirmed events from contract signing through the planning phase.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients during event preparation.
  • Coordinate event requirements with all relevant hotel departments.
  • Prepare detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and event documentation.
  • Ensure all information is communicated accurately to operational teams.
  • Coordinate event handovers to support flawless execution.

Collaboration & Administration

  • Work closely with Food & Beverage, Operations, Front Office and other hotel departments.
  • Ensure contracts, deposits and event documentation are completed accurately and on time.
  • Deliver a consistently high level of customer service throughout the client journey.
  • Experience in Conference & Events, Hospitality Sales, Hotel Operations or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to convert enquiries into business.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Polish.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused, proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Strong IT skills and confidence working with different systems.
  • Positive attitude and ability to build effective working relationships across teams.
