At Cabify we are looking for a Growth Analyst (profiles such as Business Analyst, Strategy Analyst, Commercial Analyst, or Product Growth Analyst are also welcome to apply) to help us build more sustainable and intelligent mobility.
What will you do?
📊 Analyze user and driver behavior to identify growth opportunities.
📈 Create dashboards and reports that drive data-based decision-making.
🚀 Measure the impact of acquisition and retention initiatives.
💡 Propose experiments and ideas that improve our users' experience.
We are looking for people who:
✅ Have 1 to 2 years of experience in data analysis or related fields or are interns close to graduation with a strong analytical orientation.
✅ Are proficient in Excel and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
✅ Enjoy solving problems with data and turning them into actions.
🤖 Ideally, have knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or others) to enhance analysis, automate processes, and generate innovative solutions.
