About Plush
Plush is a women-first wellness brand building better everyday experiences across menstrual hygiene, intimate wellness and personal care. We sell across our own website, marketplaces and quick commerce, and we are growing quickly across all three.
We are looking for a Growth Analyst to own the numbers behind that growth. Not to report them, but to work out what they mean, decide what should change, and then push the change through.
What You’ll Do
- Own the growth picture: Track revenue, growth, mix and market share across every channel, and maintain a single version of the truth the business runs on.
- Find the why: Investigate what is actually moving the numbers across channels, categories, SKUs and customer cohorts, and separate real signal from noise.
- Run channel economics: Build and maintain contribution margin by channel and SKU, covering discounts, platform fees, commissions, logistics, returns and advertising spend, and show where we are buying growth at a loss.
- Make marketing spend work harder: Analyse ROAS, CAC, blended CAC and payback across platforms and campaigns, and recommend where the next rupee should go.
- Understand the customer: Analyse acquisition, repeat rate, retention cohorts and lifetime value, and identify what drives a first-time buyer to come back.
- Test and price: Evaluate pricing, promotions, bundles and new launches before and after they go live, and tell us honestly which ones worked.
- Build the infrastructure: Develop automated dashboards and reporting so the business can see performance without asking for it.
- Close the loop: Work with Marketing, Category, Supply Chain and Finance to turn recommendations into decisions, and track whether the number actually moved.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in growth, business or commercial analytics, preferably at a D2C brand, e-commerce or quick commerce platform, FMCG or consumer business.
- Strong SQL and advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar, and comfort with Google Analytics, Meta and Google Ads reporting.
- A working understanding of unit economics: contribution margin, CAC, LTV, payback and platform economics.
- The ability to frame a business question, structure the analysis yourself and reach a view.
- A commercial mindset. Someone who can say what happened, why it happened, what we should do about it, and what it is worth.
Reality Check
This role is judged on decisions, not dashboards. You will be expected to form a point of view and defend it, including when it is inconvenient, and to follow a recommendation through to whether it actually changed the result. The data will be fragmented across platforms and will not always agree with itself, and a fair amount of the job is deciding which version to trust. If you want clearly scoped briefs and a stable reporting calendar, this is not the role. If you want to see your analysis turn into a pricing change, a spend reallocation or a dropped SKU within the month, it is.
