Growth & Community Marketing Lead

We're looking for someone to be the Senior Marketing Manager's right hand - able to own significant pieces of the funnel end-to-end without needing heavy direction. You'll drive lifecycle, conversion, content, and community across our self-serve consumer base, right as search itself shifts toward AI-driven discovery.

Your Schedule:
- Full Time (40hrs/Wk)
- Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm
Your Manager:
- Balbina, Senior Marketing Manager
- Own lifecycle/email marketing for the self-serve funnel
- Own conversion-rate optimization on signup/upgrade flows
- Own content calendar, translate agency SEO/keyword briefs to a production plan
- Coordinate with the agency on PPC and paid social strategy
- Run organic social and community presence (Reddit, social, etc.)
- Write high-value content: comparison pages, use-case, landing pages
- Report on lifecycle, conversion, content, and PPC metrics
- 4+ years in growth, lifecycle/email, or content marketing
- Strong understanding of AIO/GEO/SEO
- Experience directing PPC strategy and briefs - you'll brief our agency
- Hands-on experience with lifecycle/email tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Familiarity with CRO fundamentals - A/B testing and funnel analysis
- Strong writing skills: Turn technical information into persuasive content
Nice to Have:
- Background in a subscription, SaaS, or infrastructure/networking product
- Experience supporting a freemium/pricing-model transition or working with an outside agency
- $80-$90k base salary
