At Nozomi, we work as an end-to-end consulting and digital health platform for consumer health. Our goal is to drive better engagement, change patient behavior and improve measurable outcomes.

Now we want to build something equally ambitious around our own brand. And we're looking for a Growth Content Marketer who wants to make that happen.

You might be a content marketer.

You might be a growth marketer who happens to be exceptional at content.

You might be building AI workflows at night because existing marketing processes feel painfully slow.

The title matters less than the way you think. We value growth mindset and 10X thinkers.

Primary Goal:

Drive sustainable growth for inbound lead generation through content marketing. We want to build a system capable of making Nozomi top of mind in digital health.

💡 What You’ll Do

Content & Social

• Create content for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Threads and other channels with a focus on reach and inbound qualified leads/prospects

• Create viral-first expert content using strong hooks, formats, and distribution logic

• Turn internal expertise into clear, structured, high-quality content pieces like Guides, Blueprints, etc

• Experiment with formats, angles, and narratives to grow visibility

• Research competitors and influencers for best practice

• Collaborate with market leaders to create common content and make creative campaigns

SEO & Long-tale Content

• Create and optimize SEO/AEO-driven content (articles, cases, pages)

• Structure content to capture and convert inbound traffic

Content System & Scaling

• Think in terms of content systems, not one-off posts

• Identify and replicate high-performing content patterns

• Contribute to building a Content Factory

🛠️ What You Bring

Must-Have

• Strong content creation skills (writing + structuring ideas)

• Strong AI skills (Claude, Perplexity - must-have, Higgsfield - very nice to have). Experience in building own AI agents and skills

• Experience with B2B content (IT / digital products / services)

• Understanding of how content spreads, scales, and converts

• Experience with social media content (ideally LinkedIn)

• Understanding of SEO/AEO

• Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear messaging

• AI-first approach (you use tools to move faster)

• English - B2+

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare / digital health

• Understanding Viral content marketing principals

• How content Factories work (not 10 SEO articles per month, but 10K)
