Growth Manager

You will drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across multiple marketing channels. You will act as the local stakeholder for paid media, partnering on strategy, campaign reviews, performance analysis, and optimization across Meta, Google, DSPs, and other acquisition channels. You will plan and execute CRM and lifecycle campaigns, develop user segmentation strategies, build campaigns in internal platforms, and support events, activations, and VIP engagement initiatives. You will manage projects from strategy through execution and performance reporting while coordinating with regional and global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the local stakeholder for paid media strategy, campaign reviews, performance analysis, and optimization.
• Plan and execute CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-platform communications.
• Develop segmentation strategies to acquire, engage, retain, and reactivate users, including VIP segments.
• Build and manage campaigns using internal marketing platforms and tools.
• Support events, activations, and VIP engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to drive growth initiatives and business objectives.
• Own projects from strategy development through execution and performance reporting.

Requirements

• Have at least 3 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing.
• Understand paid media channels including Meta, Google Ads, DSPs, and affiliate marketing.
• Have experience in lifecycle marketing, customer segmentation, and retention strategies.
• Manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively with global teams.
• Have analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Cryptocurrency industry experience is an advantage.
• Vietnamese or Korean proficiency is an advantage.
