Key Responsibilities

Drive product growth by improving key metrics across acquisition and activation funnels.
Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and feedback to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
Generate and prioritize hypotheses, participate in A/B testing, and measure their impact on conversion and monetization.
Collaborate closely with marketing, design, analytics, and research teams to achieve impactful business results.

Requirements
2+ years of experience in a growth-focused role (e.g., Growth Product Manager, Product Manager).
Hands-on experience with growth metrics, A/B testing, and product analytics.
Basic understanding of design principles and copywriting strategies.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English.

Nice to Have
Work experience in B2C growth marketing (EdTech, SaaS, or subscription-based products preferred).
Strong expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Hands-on experience with Meta campaigns.
