GSOC Analyst

Join our team as a GSOC Analyst where you will focus on monitoring global events, cameras, and alarms, managing internal and external communications, and responding to alerts from a variety of security systems.
Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for detail-oriented professionals with a strong aptitude in communication, analytical thinking, and a team-first mentality to comprehend data and compose clear communications for a global audience.

What You Will Work On

Monitoring & Dispatch: Provide emergency and non-emergency security system monitoring, security dispatch, and emergency notification services.
Threat Analysis & Intelligence: Collect, evaluate, and disseminate intelligence to support action plans based on credibility and likelihood; analyze information using multiple external sources to identify and prevent potential threats or risks affecting company assets.
Incident Reporting: Write security incident investigation reports to provide situational awareness, communicate risks to management, and ensure proper format, grammar, and spelling.
Risk Management: Assist in planning and execution of risk assessment projects; contribute to procedures and processes to standardize and enhance risk management.
Collaboration: Work closely with various onsite, offsite, internal, and external security teams.
Administration: Process and maintain a wide variety of files, logs, reports, and forms.

What You Will Bring

Licence Requirement: Candidates must hold a valid New South Wales Security Licence with either a 1E or 1A classification prior to commencement of duties (essential).
Education & Experience: A bachelor’s degree in a related field is strongly preferred (either a degree or equivalent work experience is acceptable). Interest or direct experience in Executive Protection, Operations, Critical Incident Management, Geopolitics or Corporate Security.
Technical Skills: Well-versed in current technologies and open-source search methodologies; competent user of Microsoft Suite and Google Suite.
Communication & Professionalism: Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; maintain a professional demeanor and composure during stressful or pressure situations; quickly adapt and excel in dynamic situations; demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
Availability: Willingness to sign an NDA and maintain strict confidentiality; ability to attend training events outside normal work hours; availability to work 8 hour shifts across both days and nights.

Work Environment & Physical/Mental Demands

Must undergo and meet company standards for background and reference checks, and drug tests if required.
Exposure to sensitive and confidential information.
Regular computer usage and ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Manual dexterity for occasional reaching, lifting of small objects, and operating office equipment.
Frequent sitting and/or standing, with flexibility to work evenings, odd hours, and weekends with little notice.
