GTM Engineer: AI-Powered Data & Workflows (Remote)

Overseas seeks a GTM Engineer to build and scale Clay-powered enrichment workflows and Claude-driven AI agents that convert raw prospect data into actionable outbound assets. You will design Clay tables, write Claude prompts, and optimize enrichment across providers, connecting everything to CRM pipelines with automation.

You will own the GTM data infrastructure, collaborate with RevOps, and optimize costs while supporting outbound campaigns at scale in a 100% remote setup.
