Compensation: $135k – $180k

**About Carbon Arc** Carbon Arc is the neutral data layer for the AI economy: the missing infrastructure between private enterprise data and AI inference. We link hard-to-source real-world company data into a common ontology, delivered on demand via API, MCP server, or bulk, priced on consumption, and cleared through a legal layer where we take title to the assets and meter usage to pay suppliers automatically. We integrate with both end customers as well as those enriching or augmenting their product lines or user experiences. As models converge on speed and price, the data feeding each decision becomes the edge. That edge is data structure, which takes years and real dollars to make liquid, legal, and linked to real-world action. That's the layer we've built. We are co-building domain-specific systems with frontier labs, vertical AI and enterprises across corporate, consulting, and financial services. **About the Role** We're looking for a GTM Engineer who loves building any kind of tech, for any part of the business, and who lives on the cutting edge of AI. You won’t just be using our tools, you’ll be the "First Customer," building the AI-native systems that power our top of funnel, onboarding, technical support and account management / customer success engines. Everything from creating skills to developing dashboards to improving workflows across the GTM tech stack. **Who you are** We’re looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory. **Minimum qualifications:** * 3-5 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, technical marketing, or growth. The background matters less than the builder instinct * Deep, hands-on fluency with AI: you work with LLMs, agents, and the modern AI stack daily, and you know what's actually possible versus what's hype * A track record of shipping: side projects, internal tools, hackathon wins, open source. Show us things you've built * Comfortable writing code and gluing systems together with APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms * Experiment-minded: you'd rather ship five scrappy prototypes than one perfect spec * Business curiosity: you want to understand why something drives revenue, not just how to build it **Preferred qualifications:** * You've built with the latest AI models and agent frameworks, and have opinions about them * Experience with GTM tooling: Clay, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Reply.io, Looker, Posthog, GA4, etc. * You've shipped something developers use. For example, an open source project, extension, or tool * Familiarity with APIs, Git, and modern software development workflows
