GTM Engineer

About the Role
Join a client-facing go-to-market team at a data infrastructure and analytics company. As its first dedicated GTM Engineer, you will build client GTM systems end to end and help turn successful engagements into a repeatable service.
What You'll Do
Lead kickoff and recurring strategy calls with client founders and growth leaders.
Build ideal customer profile maps using closed-won deals and call transcripts, then create tiered target lists verified with data.
Set up outbound infrastructure and coordinate inbound content and signal-based campaigns.
Develop templates and playbooks from repeatable client work, and help shape the service offering.
What We're Looking For
Two to six years of experience in client-facing GTM, consulting, agency, founder-led GTM, or forward-deployed roles.
Experience building and marketing something of your own that gained paying customers, with a clear account of your contribution to revenue growth.
Hands-on, builder-level fluency with Clay, Instantly, n8n, Claude Code, and modern AI and GTM tools.
Comfort working with APIs and writing light code, supported by a technical background through education or work experience.
Strong communication skills and the ability to guide customers, handle feedback, and create playbooks in fast-moving environments.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary is $140,000 to $180,000 annually, with meaningful equity. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site in San Francisco, California, or New York City, New York.
