🧖‍♀️ Your Role

As a Guest Service Crew member, you’ll be the heart of the Onsen experience — making every guest feel welcomed, relaxed,and well taken care of.

What You'll Do:

• Greet guests with a warm smile and assist them throughout their visit

• Ensure all guests have valid entry tags before entering the Onsen

• Maintain presentation standards: Fold Yukata, Obi, and towels neatly to company standardKeep thedressing areas and Onsen counter tidy and well-stocked

• Reset shower areas, wipe floors, and maintain overall cleanliness

• Educate guests on spa etiquette and proper use offacilities

• Monitor guest safety and ensure house rules are followed

• Handle laundry items and track towel inventory

• Support housekeeping and upkeep of service areas

📌 What We’re Looking For

• Part-Time: 3–4 working days per week, minimum 6 – 8 hours per shift
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Friendly, responsible, and service-oriented
• Eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment
