Guidewire Tester

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements for new features and enhancements in Guidewire products.
  
• Develop test plans, test cases, and execute tests using various tools such as PC (Policy Center) to ensure high-quality software releases.
  
• Work closely with developers to reproduce defects, provide feedback on issues found during testing, and track progress towards resolution.
  
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings, and retrospectives to ensure alignment with project goals.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-8 years of experience in insurance industry or related field with expertise in Guidewire Testing.
  
• Strong understanding of automation frameworks like Automic or equivalent scripting languages like Python or JavaScript.
  
• Experience working with Policy Center (PC) application development team is essential.
