Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and technically strong H3 C Network Engineer to design, implement, support, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and maintaining H3 C networking technologies, including switching, routing, wireless, security, and meshing solutions across enterprise and service provider environments.
The role requires strong troubleshooting capabilities, deep understanding of network architecture, and hands‑on experience with H3 C enterprise equipment and technologies.
Key Responsibilities Network Implementation & Configuration Install, configure, and maintain H3 C network infrastructure devices. Deploy and support H3 C switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless solutions. Configure VLANs, STP, routing protocols, ACLs, Qo S, and security policies. Implement and maintain wireless and mesh network environments. Network Operations & Support Monitor network performance and ensure high availability. Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents, outages, and performance issues. Perform root cause analysis on recurring network problems. Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support. Network Design & Optimization Assist with network architecture planning and optimization. Design scalable and secure network solutions. Conduct network assessments and capacity planning. Recommend infrastructure improvements and upgrades. Security & Compliance Ensure network security standards are maintained. Implement firewall rules and network segmentation. Support vulnerability remediation and compliance initiatives. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate network diagrams and technical documentation. Prepare operational and incident reports. Document configurations, procedures, and change requests. Project Delivery Participate in infrastructure and migration projects. Support data center and branch connectivity rollouts. Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams. Minimum Requirements Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. H3 C certification highly advantageous: H3 CNE H3 CSE H3 CIE (preferred) Required Experience 3–8+ years of network engineering experience. Hands‑on experience with H3 C networking technologies. Experience supporting enterprise or ISP network environments. Strong experience with meshing configurations and wireless networking.
