Position Description
Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa is seeking a talented, customer-focused Hairstylist to join our luxury spa team. This position is responsible for providing exceptional salon services while delivering a personalized and memorable guest experience in a world-class resort environment.

Key Responsibilities
· Provide a variety of professional hair services, including cuts, styling, blowouts, treatments, and special occasion styling.
· Consult with guests to determine their needs and recommend appropriate services and products.
· Maintain knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
· Ensure salon workstations, tools, and equipment are clean, sanitized, and organized.
· Promote and sell professional retail products to enhance guests' salon experiences.
· Build and maintain strong guest relationships that encourage repeat business.
· Adhere to all resort, spa, and state licensing requirements.
· Collaborate with spa team members to uphold Hyatt's standards of service excellence.
