Job Purpose: Two to three sentences describing the overall purpose of the job |

Perform the duties of setting tables, serving beverages, table maintenance and stocking stations to ensure guest satisfaction. |
|
|
Job Responsibilities: Maximum of ten responsibilities, in order of percentage of time spent on functions from longest to shortest; do not list anything that doesnot represent at least 10% of the job's time. Please include supervisory responsibilities. |

1. |
Ensure tables are clean and properly set for guests. |
|
2. |
Serve and replenish beverages and other accessories throughout the meal. |
|
3. |
Remove plates, silverware and other food service ware from table throughout meal. |
|
4. |
Stock stations with glasses, silverware, napkins, ashtrays, matches and plates. |
|
5. |
Transport soiled dishes and linens to the appropriate area. |
|
6. |
Fill condiment and other service containers. |
|
7. |
Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. |
|
8. |
Update table availability in the scheduling system. |
|
9. |
Complete opening and closing side work including filling condiment containers and stocking service stations. |
|
10. |
May transport food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate guest. |
|
11. |
Perform other duties as assigned. |
|
Job Qualifications: Describe the minimum qualifications needed to complete the job responsibilities. |

Education |
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. |
|
Experience |
Previous restaurant experience preferred. Good communication skills required. |
|
Licenses/Certifications |
Food Handler's card and Alcoholic Beverage Commission (ABC) card may be required. |
|
