- Reimage, rebuild, and configure Windows-based systems
- Support lab setup, maintenance, testing, and fault reproduction activities
- Perform basic electrical and connectivity checks, including power and cabling diagnostics
- Create troubleshooting documentation, test procedures, and operational guides
- Define repeatable processes for repair, refurbishment, testing, and quality assurance
