Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve hardware and software integration issues
  • Diagnose Windows PC hardware, driver, configuration, and peripheral faults
  • Troubleshoot USB devices, serial connections, printers, routers, and network connectivity issues
  • Reimage, rebuild, and configure Windows-based systems
  • Support lab setup, maintenance, testing, and fault reproduction activities
  • Perform basic electrical and connectivity checks, including power and cabling diagnostics
  • Create troubleshooting documentation, test procedures, and operational guides
  • Define repeatable processes for repair, refurbishment, testing, and quality assurance
  • Collaborate with software engineers, support teams, and third-party suppliers to identify root causes
