Requirements:- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, networking, and peripheral environments.
- Experience working with Windows PCs and appliance-style devices, including rebuilding, reimaging, and configuration.
- Ability to triage complex technical issues, reproduce faults, validate fixes, and support root-cause analysis.
- Experience setting up and managing test labs and facilitating technical workshops.
- Knowledge of USB devices, printers, serial connections, routers, and network connectivity.
- Ability to carry out basic electrical and connectivity checks, including power, cabling, and continuity testing.
- Strong technical documentation skills, including troubleshooting guides and standard operating procedures.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with internal teams, external suppliers, and technical partners.
- Triage and investigate hardware, software, and infrastructure issues across Windows PCs, networking equipment, and peripheral devices.
- Set up and manage test labs to reproduce faults, validate fixes, and support technical investigations.
- Lead technical workshops with internal teams and third-party suppliers to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
- Rebuild, reimage, and configure Windows PCs and appliance-style devices.
- Diagnose issues involving USB devices, printers, serial connections, routers, and network connectivity.
- Perform basic electrical and connectivity checks, including power, cabling, and continuity testing.
- Produce clear technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and standard operating procedures.
