Hardware Production Support Engineer – Electrical
Summary
Provide electrical engineering support for hardware production, troubleshooting issues and ensuring manufacturing processes meet specifications.
The role serves as a technical interface between Manufacturing and Product Engineering, focusing on issue analysis, root cause investigation, containment actions, and implementation of corrective solutions to improve product reliability and manufacturing robustness.
Location : Błonie , mazowieckie.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and support resolution of electrical production issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and support containment/corrective actions.
- Investigate electrical hardware, power electronics, and component-related failures.
- Support DoE activities, validation, and failure analysis.
- Evaluate component variation, electrical tolerances, and product performance.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and reliability teams.
- Document findings and drive improvements into engineering standards and processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in electrical engineering, power electronics, manufacturing support, or product development.
- Knowledge of electrical circuits, power electronics, and hardware validation.
- Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving methods (8D, 5-Why, DoE).
- Ability to work in cross-functional and international teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in automotive electronics or power electronics.
- Background in hardware design, validation, failure analysis, or manufacturing support.
- Knowledge of APQP/PPAP and automotive quality processes.
