HCM Business Analyst

Salary: AUD 850 - 950 plus super

IMMEDIATE - HCM Business Analyst - AUD 850 - 950 per day - 6 months - NSW Government HCM Project

• Role Title : Senior HCM Business Analyst
• End Date : 6 months from the start date
• Pay Rate :$850 - $950 plus super per day
• Hours of Work: 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week
• Location : Macquarie Park, and other Sydney Metropolitan locations as required,
• (Hybrid 3 days in office per week minimum)

Role description

• Lead the business analysis workstream for the HCM Program, driving activities such as requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, documentation and implementation support.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve processes, services and user experiences through business transformation and technology-enabled solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and engage with SMEs and stakeholders to understand current state services and systems, and capture business requirements.
• Lead the design and documentation of future-state processes and services, ensuring alignment with the program's business transformation objectives while incorporating customer insights to improve service quality, efficiency and user experience.

Essential requirements

• 6+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in service transformation projects in the HR domain and complex HR project management/delivery environment.
• Experience in HR/HCM transformation programs across Recruitment, Onboarding and Employee Central (EC) modules.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with a high attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience in business requirements gathering and documentation, business process mapping and creation of Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, ambiguous context without pre-established frameworks in place.
