YOUR MISSION
You own the full lifecycle of Garena's game incubation and portfolio work — scouting and selecting promising early-stage teams, building the program that gets them ready, and staying close to their progress long after they've joined. When a studio in the portfolio needs a playtest organized, a vendor coordinated, or a hard call made on whether they're on track, that's you.

YOUR QUEST
Game Studio Portfolio Assessment & Follow-on Support
- Stay close to each project from a subject-matter perspective, helping assess its potential and promise.
- Organize playtests, review results, collect feedback, and turn it into concrete recommendations and actions for teams.
- Track outcomes after playtests and reviews to make sure teams are improving in the right direction.
Program Operations (Incubation End-to-End)
- Own and run the Incubation Program end-to-end — build the scorecard, organize team selection, run interviews and pitching sessions, and decide which teams join the program.
- Build and manage the curriculum, milestones, demo day and community for teams in the program.
- Track each team's progress against deliverables and consolidate periodic reporting for stakeholders.
Coordination & Cross-functional Resourcing
- Coordinate agencies, vendors, external experts, and internal resources (legal, tax, and other supporting teams) on behalf of the portfolio.
- Support studios and teams operationally post-investment, especially on process and execution.
- Work within existing frameworks while adapting the approach to fit each team or studio.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Game Development, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years managing a game project, program, or operation end-to-end as a Project Manager, Product Owner, Campaign Lead, or Operations Lead.
- Solid understanding of the game development and publishing process — you can spot key milestones and risks, and give sharp feedback on playtest results.
- Strong at project coordination, timeline management, and stakeholder management, with the ability to turn feedback into concrete reports and actions.
- High ownership — you take full responsibility for program and portfolio outcomes from planning through execution, stay comfortable in ambiguity, and communicate clearly across multiple studios and teams.
