Head - Application Support FCC & Trade Finance| Thane

1. To lead and manage the support, maintenance, and strategic enhancement of Oracle Flexcube Corporate and Trade Finance modules.
2. This role ensures system stability, regulatory compliance, and alignment with business objectives across corporate banking and trade finance operations.

Managerial Responsibilities:

1. Define and execute the support strategy for Flexcube Corporate and Trade Finance modules (e.g., OBTFPM, OBBRN).
2. Establish governance frameworks for incident, change, and problem management.
3. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in application support processes.
4. Liaise with external vendors for support, enhancements, and compliance.
5. Negotiate service levels and manage vendor performance.
6. Lead incident, change, and problem management processes.
7. Lead and mentor the application support team.
8. Assign tasks, set goals, and monitor performance.
9. Conduct training sessions for users and internal teams.
10. Drive to implement best practices.
11. Coordinate with InfoSec and Technology teams for system hardening, penetration testing, and patch management.
12. Maintain operational manuals and ensure regulatory compliance.
13. Drive service improvement reviews and ensure SLAs/OLAs are met.

Functional Responsibilities:

1. Manage Corporate Loans, Current Accounts, Term Deposits, LC, BG, Bills, Packing Credit, SI, and Remittances in Flexcube Corporate & Trade Finance modules.
2. Lead L2 and L3 support teams, handling month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities.
3. Resolve complex functional and technical issues across modules.
4. Coordinate deployments, upgrades, and patching.
5. Ensure root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
6. Support DR drills, enhancements, and production fixes. Address VAPT and audit findings.
7. Manage application issues, coordinating with OEMs for bug fixes.
8. Collaborate with business users, operations, and IT helpdesk for daily issue resolution.

Qualification needed: MCA/ MTECH/ BTECH

Min Exp: 16 years

Max Exp: 18 years

Overall 12+ years of experience in banking application support and IT operations.

7 - 12 years in banking application support, with 5+ years in Flexcube Corporate and Trade Finance modules.

Experience in managing enterprise applications, digital channels, and UAT environments
