About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Head - Digital Marketing to lead our digital transformation and customer acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, online revenue growth, and customer engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute the organization's digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer acquisition and engagement.

- Build and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team.

- Manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Programmatic Advertising.

- Increase online bookings and drive lead generation for B2B and B2C initiatives.

- Develop SEO strategies and drive content marketing initiatives.

- Lead social media strategy and monitor online reputation.

- Own website performance and user experience optimization.

- Drive customer lifecycle marketing through CRM and marketing automation.

- Monitor KPIs and generate actionable insights using Google Analytics and CRM dashboards.

- Manage digital agencies and technology vendors.
