Requirements:
Minimum of 15 years experience
Develop and maintain organizational structure
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Perform adequate planning of manpower
Develop and maintain the HR and admin strategy in line organizational objectives
Manage staff career development and organizational training needs
Qualification:
Bsc in any social science, 2nd degree, ACIPM any other relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage.
